“Begin, be bold, and venture to be wise.” – Horace
Spring. Renewal. Restoration. Happy spring, everybody. We’re wishing the garden beds of your backyards and the garden beds of your souls many bright and plush blooms this spring.
This is the season of beginnings. And one of the new roots that’s risen through the soil this month is Mean Well. Speak Well. Do Well.™ We are so glad to be here with you, on a journey together toward greater mindfulness and greater equity, both in our own individual lives and in our larger world. You can read more about the details of our story and the centripetal forces of our approach on the About page, but it’s worth saying a couple things here:
- We believe more is possible – both in our individual lives and certainly in the world around us.
- We believe in an inside-out approach, where transformational individuals like yourself bring their strengths, passions, fierceness, and talents to the table in order to engender both deeper personal alignment and happiness in your own lives and deeper equity and healing to our world. And we believe some of the very best vehicles for that transformation are coaching, leadership, and individual identity development. Growth in and through those things will enable individuals to have collective, systemic impact from the insideàout.
- We believe we all have a role to play, and it’s time to step up to the edge of the canyon and look out on new and more expansive horizons.
We’re glad you’ve come here, and we’re excited to walk a path toward mindfulness and equity with you in whatever way seems the most resonant you. Maybe it’s through one-on-one life coaching with laura, or maybe it’s through some of our up-and-coming free tele-conferences that bring passionate, brave folks like yourself together from across the country to explore equity from an inside-out approach… Whatever the path, we welcome you and hope to support you along it.
In the spirit of newness and beginnings, we’ll offer a few life tips here in blog #2 for how to create fresh starts in your life this spring. We hope these bring you fuel for a life with greater insideàout alignment and a life that gives its gifts, as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. says, to “lift this nation that we love to a higher destiny, to a higher plateau of compassion, to a more novel expression, to a more noble expression of humanness.”
Come back tomorrow for tips on how to kick off a change in your life. Oh, and while you’re here, take a minute and sign up to receive blog update notifications and add this blog to your Feedly. We promise not to clog your inboxes.
